Impact (Pendulum Type) Test Apparatus

Reference Standard: IS: 371, IS: 1258, IS: 1293, IS: 3854, IS: 302 and other equivalent standards.
Accessories shall have the adequate mechanical strength to withstand the stresses imposed during installation and use.
Test: Mechanical strength. Impact Test – Pendulum Type.
Impact Test Apparatus with the following specifications:
Striking Element: 10mm radius (20mm diameter) of polyamide. Rockwell hardness: HR100.
Weight of striking element: 150g or equivalent 250g.
Steel tube: 9mm diameter, 0.5mm thickness and 1000mm long.
Specimen holding Sheet: 8mm thick plywood and 175 X 175mm Size.
Specimen holder turns able to 60° on both left and right sides.
Mounting support is adjustable in all directions.
Mounting Support: 10 ±
Height of Fall Adjustable.
