3KV DC Pin Hole Tester For Winding Wire
- Reference Standard: IS: 13778 Part-5:2012, IEC 60851-5:2008 and other equivalent standards.
- Test: DC High Voltage Continuity Tester.
- Test Voltage: Adjustable with Dimmer (Autotransformer) provided on Front Panel. 0.35 to3.00KVDC.
- Digital KV Meter, LC: 0.01KV and accuracy: ±3%.
- Short circuit current limited to 25±5µADC when output shorted.
- Banana Connectors are provided to short as per test voltage to limit the short circuit current.
- V grooved pulley was provided to pass the sample under test.
- Two Sets of Pulleys will be provided. 1) As per Fig: 6 (for 0.05 to 0.25mm diameter wire) and
- 2) As per Fig: 7 (for 0.25 to 1.6mm diameter wire).
- Test Voltage between Pulley and earth.
- Digital Length totalizer cum controller provided. Range 0 to 999.9 meters.
- Fault detection speed 5± (500±25 faults per second when a bare wire is tested)
