Elongation (Annealing) Tester

Test: Annealing test (Elongation of Conductor)
Motorized movement.
Automatic control system.
Speed of separation of Jaws: Approximately 300mm/Minute or 100mm/minute as per customer requirements.
Sample length: 250mm.
The Test can start or stop with the help of a Process controller.
The test will be started (Motor ON) only after connecting the sample between two grips. (Continuity sensing)
When the motor is ON the %Elongation will start sensing.
When the sample breaks the motor will stop automatically and the process controller will hold the %Elongation reading.
Input Supply requirements: Single Phase 230VAC, 50Hz, 6A with proper Earthing.
