Test: Endurance Test for Switches Voltage Rating 230/240/250VAC and Current Rating 6A, 10A and 16A at
0.900 ± 0.05Pf Lag.
Test Voltage: Settable from 230V to 250VAC with step type transformer at an input voltage of 230VAC, 50Hz
Transformer Capacity: 25AAC. Each step 2.5V. (230 to 250VAC)
Digital AC Voltmeter Range: 300VAC, LC: 0.1V and Accuracy Class 0.5.
Digital AC Ammeter: Range: 30AAC; LC: 0.01A and accuracy class 1.0
Digital Power factor Meter: Range 0.500Pf lag to Unity; LC: 0.001Pf and Accuracy: ±0.02Pf.
Digital Current Sensing Count Controller. Range 99999 Counts
Selector Switch to Set Test Voltage: 230 to 250VAC, 50Hz
Selector switch: to select Test Current 6A, 10A or 16A.
Suitable to test Only One Sample at a time.
Optional: Suitable to test Three Samples at a time also manufacturing as per request.
Load Bank: Inductor, Resistors and Capacitors Connected to get required Value as per Reference Standard.
Test ON and Test OFF Push buttons provided to Test ON/OFF. The output is through Contactor.
The Test will be OFF and controller will show FAIL Indication and also a flasher cum buzzer also will be ON
after test ON if there is a current or No current supplied through the sample for more than 10s continuously.
(This 10s time can set asper your requirements bit shall not be more than 30s for the safety of Resistors)
Input Supply requirements: 230VAC, 50Hz, 25A Single Phase with proper earthing.
