Hot Set Test Apparatus

Reference Standard: IS: 10810 Part-30 and other equivalent standards.
To determine the Elongation and Permanent Set under load at a specified temperature of Insulation of Cables. (XLPE, RUBBER Insulation, etc.…)
Temperature Range: 100 to 220°C; LC: 0.1°C
Working Chamber is Made of Stainless Steel and the outer is Made of Mild Steel duly powder coated.
Front Door with a Toughened glass window to view samples under test without opening the door.
Air Rotameter with a regulator to set airflow from 5 to 25 Changes per Hour.
An External Air Pump capacity of 3 to 25 Changes per Hour will be provided.
Digital Temperature Controller with PT-100 Sensor. Range 250°C, LC: 0.1°C, Accuracy: ±2°C.
Digital Timer Range 99.9 Minutes.
The Timer will not be linked to the Heating System.
Loading & Unloading from Top.
Can do Two Samples at a time.
Two Sets of Test Grip will be provided.
Weights: Brass with Chrome Plated 5,10,20,50 & 100g- 4 No’s each will be provided.
Other sizes and Temperature Ranges are available as per request.
