Test: FIRE HAZARD TEST.
Current controlled Glow wire test apparatus with Motorized movement.
Glow Wire: Nickel/Chromium wire. Diameter 4.00 ±07mm
Temperature Sensor: K-Type 1.0mm diameter.
Temperature Indicator: K-Type 1000°C, LC: 1°C and Accuracy ±0.5%.
Current Controller with CT: Range up to 150AAC; LC: 0.1A and Accuracy Class 1.0.
Digital Timer (Test Time) Range: 99.9s; LC: 0.1s.
Digital Timer (Ignition Time): Range 99.99s; LC: 0.01s.
Motorized Movement: The rate of approach and removal Maximum of 25mm/s.
Force: 0.95± 1N.
Chamber (Hood): Minimum Volume 0.5 cubic meters and inside the chamber powder coated with black color.
Deviation from reference standard: There is no Chamber so no Exhaust fan and Chamber light.
Input Supply requirements: Single Phase 230VAC, 50Hz, 6A with proper Earthing.
